  • Der Berufsschulunterricht findet im Blockmodell im Schifferberufskolleg/Schulschiff Rhein in Duisburg statt. Du wirst somit sowohl auf unseren Binnenschiffen als auch in der Berufsschule auf deinen Berufsabschluss vorbereitet.
  • Wir garantieren dir die Übernahme in ein festes Arbeitsverhältnis bei guten Leistungen nach Abschluss der Berufsausbildung.

  • Du hast deine mittlere Reife in der Tasche und hast vor allem in Mathe, Geographie und Technik sehr gute Noten.
  • Als engagierter und verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer punktest du bei uns mit Organisationstalent und Sorgfalt in jeder Situation.
  • Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und übernimmst bereits ab dem ersten Tag Verantwortung.
  • Körperliche Betätigung und die Arbeit im Freien machen dir Spaß.
  • Du beweist handwerkliches Geschick und verfügst über technisches Know-How.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
