  • Du wirst lernen, wie man Daten sammelt, analysiert und interpretiert, und wie man auf Basis dieser Daten Geschäftsprozesse optimiert und Entscheidungen trifft. 
  • Wir bieten dir eine umfassende und praxisorientierte Ausbildung, die dich optimal auf deine zukünftige Karriere in der IT und im Bereich der Daten- und Prozessanalyse vorbereitet.

What you bring

  • Wir suchen engagierte und motivierte Auszubildende, die eine Karriere in der IT und im Bereich der Daten- und Prozessanalyse anstreben.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der IT gesammelt und verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Datenanalyse und Prozessmanagement. 
  • Du solltest ein gutes Verständnis für Daten und Prozesse und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mitbringen. Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sind ebenso wichtig.
  • Da du in einem Team arbeiten wirst, sind gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist unerlässlich. 
  • Ein guter Schulabschluss, insbesondere in den Fächern Mathematik und Informatik, ist von Vorteil. Aber vor allem zählt für uns deine Begeisterung für Technologie und Daten und deine Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und dich ständig weiterzuentwickeln.

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
