What you can expect
Das erwartet Dich bei uns
- In dieser Position erfassen Sie Zollanmeldungen, Import sowie Export und übermitteln diese an ATLAS.
- Des Weiteren führen Sie NCTS - Gestellungen durch und eröffnen bzw. beenden Versandverfahren.
- Dabei erstellen Sie alle erforderlichen Zolldokumente und berechnen darüber hinaus die Einfuhrabgaben.
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Kunden, Transportdienstleistern und Zollämtern zusammen.
- Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Standortes Weil am Rhein.
- Allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten runden Ihre Aufgaben ab.
What you bring
Das bringst Du mit
- Ihre Basis ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik mit guten Zollkenntnissen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Idealerweise haben Sie erste Praxiserfahrungen in der Zollabwicklung für den Import/Export sammeln können.
- Sie kennen sich im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht sowie der Exportkontrolle aus.
- ATLAS ist für Sie nicht nur eine Landkarte.
- Sie gehen routiniert mit MS Office um und kennen sich mit dem Zollrecht sowie zolltechnischen Prozessen aus.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer punkten Sie mit Flexibilität und einem kühlen Kopf in jeder Lage, der stets pragmatisch und organisiert zu Werke geht.
- Neben guten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift beherrschen Sie noch Englisch oder eine weitere Fremdsprache.
