In unserem Multi-User Warehouse im Herzen des Ruhrgebiets wartet ein spannender Mix an Kunden auf Dich - vom Mode- bis zum Lackhersteller. Dabei kommt täglich Ware in großer Menge in Bewegung. Mit Deiner Unterstützung sorgen wir dafür, dass alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ankommt.
- Du unterstützt uns bei der termingerechten Abfertigung aller Sendungen im Import und Exportbereich.
- Die Optimierung der bestehenden Prozesse wissen wir bei Dir in guten Händen, dabei achtest Du auf eine und vollständige Dokumentation der Logistik- und Zollaktivitäten.
- Als sachkundiger Ansprechpartner arbeitest Du eng und vertrauensvoll mit unseren Kunden und den Spediteuren zusammen.
- Außerdem stellst Du die termingerechte Zustellung sicher und sorgst für die Erstellung aller transportrelevanten Dokumente.
What you bring
- Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Transportdisposition gesammelt und bist entsprechend gut vernetzt.
- Darüber hinaus verfügst Du über ein hohes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office sowie mit gängigen Speditionsprogrammen bist Du versiert.
- Du bist ein zuverlässiger und flexibler Teamplayer, der ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung mit Kommunikationsgeschick verbindet.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
