What you can expect

Komm zu uns an Bord und durchlaufe während Deines 3-jährigen dualen Studiums verschiedene Abteilungen an unserer Niederlassung in Bingen, um ein breites Spektrum an Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Dabei wirst Du in unterschiedlichen Bereichen eingesetzt, an denen Du in spannende Projekte eingebunden wirst. Die nötige Portion Theorie gibt es im Hörsaal unserer Partnerhochschule der IU in Frankfurt. Dabei denken wir langfristig - gemeinsam mit Dir gestalten wir die Logistikwelt von morgen und machen Dich fit für Deine spätere Führungsposition.

  • Deinen Studiengang an unserer Partnerhochschule, der IU International University of Applied Science in Frankfurt, kombinierst Du mit abwechslungsreichen Praxisphasen (3 Tage / Woche) an unserem Standort.
  • Stück für Stück lernst Du bei uns alle logistischen Prozesse im Lager kennen und unsere erfahrenen Kollegen führen Dich in die Strukturen der Niederlassungen ein.
  • Dabei unterstützt Du unsere operativen Führungskräfte und Projektmanager im täglichen Business und erhältst erste eigene Projektaufgaben.
  • Dazu gehören Performance-Analysen, das Ableiten von Optimierungsmaßnahmen und das aktive Begleiten ihrer Umsetzung.
  • Wir bauen außerdem auf ein kontinuierliches Verbesserungsmanagement für unsere Prozesse und sind offen für Deine Ideen.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
