In unserer Servicegesellschaft haben wir die klare Vision, unsere Kollegen mit nachhaltigen Lösungen zu unterstützen - hinsichtlich Kosten, Ressourcen und Umwelt. An zentraler Stelle führst Du die bisherige Arbeit des Teams weiter und bist dabei deutschlandweit erster Ansprech- und Verhandlungspartner.
- Du verantwortest den Einkauf von infrastrukturellen und technischen Dienstleistungen für das Facility Management (insbesondere TGA-Einrichtungen, Reinigung, Sicherheit etc.).
- Dabei entwickelst Du nachhaltige Einkaufsstrategien für die verantworteten Warengruppen unter preis-, qualitäts-, prozess- und risikobezogenen Aspekten, und analysierst und entwickelst diese weiter.
- Zuverlässig führst Du geeignete Kennzahlen zur Steuerung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der definierten Standards ein und baust diese weiter aus.
- Bei der Weiterentwicklung des strategischen Einkaufs im Hinblick auf die Digitalisierung unterstützt Du uns mit Deinen Erfahrungen und Ideen.
- Nicht zuletzt wirkst Du in abteilungsübergreifenden Einkaufs- und Sonderprojekten mit.
What you bring
- Als Einkaufsprofi mit einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung oder einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studium verfügst Du über Berufserfahrung im operativen oder strategischen Einkauf.
- Im Idealfall hast Du bereits Erfahrungen im Einkauf von Brandschutz-, Elektro- oder sonstigen TGA-Einrichtungen sowie Gebäude.
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Mit Deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe und konzeptionellen und strategischen Denken kannst Du Deine Aufgaben analytisch und strukturiert bearbeiten.
- Neben verhandlungssicheren Englischkenntnissen bringst Du einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen mit.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
