  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und der Produktivität.
  • Wenn es um Sicherheit, Sauberkeit und Ordnung geht, bist Du ein Vorbild für Dein Team und trägst Sorge für die Einhaltung der entsprechenden Maßnahmen.

What you bring

  • Im besten Fall konntest Du Dir bereits erste Führungserfahrung als Teamleitung in einem logistischem oder ähnlichen Umfeld aneignen.
  • Du besitzt einen FFZ-Schein, kennst Dich mit MS-Office aus und hast zudeem bereits mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen gearbeitet.
  • Zudem bist Du ehrgeizig, wenn es um die kennzahlenbasierte Leitung des Tagesgeschäfts geht.
  • Dein Handeln und Deine Führung ist geprägt von kooperativer Zusammenarbeit und Du motivierst Deine Kollegen stets im Kontakt auf Augenhöhe
