What you can expect
- Du prüfst sorgfältig Dokumente und bereitest sie für das Kopieren, Scannen und Archivieren vor.
- Schnell und sicher digitalisierst du die Unterlagen und überprüfst, ob der Scanvorgang korrekt durchgeführt wurde.
- Eingehende Post sortierst du und leitest sie an die zuständigen Abteilungen weiter.
- Außerdem kümmerst du dich um verschiedene administrative Aufgaben im kaufmännischen Bereich.
What you bring
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen in der Dokumentenklassifizierung oder der Digitalisierung von Unterlagen.
- Außerdem hast du gute EDV-Kenntnisse und beherrschst die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift auf einem guten bis sehr guten Niveau sowie Englisch.
- Durch deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe kannst du Dokumente rasch erfassen und dich leicht in einfache Arbeitsabläufe einarbeiten.
- Du gehst verantwortungsbewusst mit sensiblen Informationen um und überzeugst mit deiner Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
