What you can expect
- In Deiner verantwortungsvollen Rolle wirst Du aktiv in verschiedene Projekte integriert und unterstützt beispielsweise bei der Einführung eines neuen Transportmanagementsystems
- Du lernst unsere Prozesse intensiv kennen und arbeitest an deren Optimierung mit – dabei sind wir immer offen für Deine innovativen Ideen
- Dank Deiner halbjährlich wechselnden Stationen in den deutschlandweit verteilten Business Units der Rhenus erhältst Du einen unvergleichlichen Einblick ins Unternehmen und kannst Dich in dem zweijährigen Programm breit aufstellen
- Ob in der Road Freight, der Special Delivery oder der ALS, Dich erwarten in unseren Business Units spannende Aufgaben, abwechslungsreiche Einblicke und die ständige Möglichkeit Dich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
What you bring
- Dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management o.ä. hast Du erfolgreich absolviert
- Durch eine Ausbildung, Praktika oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit konntest Du schon erste Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich Deiner Wahl sammeln
- Du bist motiviert Dich zu entwickeln, möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und Themen vorantreiben
- Natürlich gehst Du routiniert mit allen Office Anwendungen und bringst sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse mit
- Ein gewisses Maß an Flexibilität bezüglich der verschiedenen Trainee Stationen macht Dich zur perfekten Besetzung

Recruitment Process
Online application
Your documents will reach us quickly and directly via our online application form; depending on the position, a cover letter may be required. In any case, we are eager to see your CV and references – for us, the best way to make a good first impression.
Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
