What you can expect
Du verwaltest den Fuhrpark für unsere Standorte und bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Einteilung und fachliche Führung des Fahrpersonals
Die Abwicklung von Reparaturen, Serviceterminen, Unfällen, Reklamationen und Schadensfällen ist bei dir in besten Händen
Außerdem stellst du die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen, berufsgenossenschaftlichen sicherheitsrelevanten und versicherungsrechtlichen Vorgaben sicher
Als Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Partner agierst du als kommunikative Schnittstelle und führst Unterweisungen und Schulungen für das Fachpersonal durch
Schlussendlich übernimmst du die Weiterentwicklung deines Verantwortungsbereichs hinsichtlich betriebswirtschaftlicher Ergebnisse
What you bring
Du besitzt die fachliche Eignung zum Verkehrsleiter und hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung von gewerblichen Mitarbeitern sammeln können
Ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel ist für dich selbstverständlich
Deine qualitäts-, kosten- und nutzenbewusste Arbeitsweise koppelst du gekonnt mit deinem unternehmerischen Denken und Handeln
Dein gutes Kommunikationsgeschick kombinierst du mit deinem Organisationstalent um auch bei komplexen, zeitkritischen Aufgaben nie den Überblick zu verlieren
Als Teamplayer kombinierst du deinen eigenständigen Arbeitsstil mit sicherem Auftreten hohem Engagement und Organisationsgeschick
Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab (min. C1 bzw. B1)

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
