What you can expect

Strategic Leadership:

Marketing and Branding:

  • Oversee the global marketing strategy, including brand positioning, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Enhance the company's brand presence and reputation in the global logistics market.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and communication across all marketing channels.

Customer Experience:

  • Champion a customer-centric culture and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team and board of directors.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the sales team.

 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven senior sales leadership experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of global logistics markets and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required.
