Job Description
What you can expect
-Support for the Equality Plan: Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of initiatives and policies for equal opportunities in the workplace.
-Integration of the Workday System: Support in the integration and configuration of the digital Human Resources system Workday, including data migration, maintance, and employee training.
-Management of the Presence and Vacation System: Assist in the administration of the time & absence system, ensuring its proper functioning and optimization.
What you bring
-Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Language skills: Spanish C1 required, English B2 desirable.
-Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
-Basic knowledge of Human Resources management systems, preferably Workday.
-Interest in equality and diversity issues in the workplace.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Proactivity and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
