GENEL NİTELİKLER:

  • Üniversitelerin Lojistik ve diğer ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
  • Tercihen Deniz ve Hava taşımacılığı satış destek süreçlerinde en az 1 yıl tecrübesi olan,
  • Yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce bilgisi olan,
  • MS Office uygulamalarına hakim,
  • Takım çalışmasına ve yoğun iş temposuna uyum sağlayabilecek,
  • Yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerisinde, ilişki yönetiminde etkili ve başarılı,
  • Analitik düşünme ve hızlı karar verme yeteneğine sahip,
  • Disiplinli, takipçi, planlama ve organizasyon yeteneği güçlü,
  • Erkek adaylar için askerlik görevi tamamlanmış,

 

What you bring

  • Pazar araştırmalarının yapılması,
  • Mevcut ve potansiyel müşteri aramalarını gerçekleştirilmesi, müşterilere teklif hazırlanması ve sunulması,
  • Satış ekibine satış faaliyetlerinde yardımcı olmak, satış hedeflerine ulaşmak için gerekli araçları ve kaynakları sağlamak.
  • Müşteri taleplerini takip etmek, müşterilerle iletişim kurmak ve müşteri memnuniyetini artırmak için gerekli önlemleri almak.
  • Fiyatlandırma, nakliye yöntemleri, teslimat süreleri ve diğer lojistik konular hakkında bilgi sağlamak,
  • Satış teklifleri hazırlamak, müşteri taleplerine uygun teklifler sunmak ve sözleşme müzakerelerinde yer almak.
  • Satış verilerini toplamak, analiz etmek ve raporlamak, satış ekiplerine gerekli geri bildirimleri sağlamak ve satış süreçlerini iyileştirmek için öneriler sunmak.
  • Satış ekibine destek sağlamak için gerektiğinde diğer görevleri yerine getirmek
