The Role
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will manage a team of approximately 10 to 15 warehouse employees and report directly to the Supervisor. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where precision and quality are key.
Your responsibilities include leading your team, determining daily capacity needs in consultation with the Supervisor, and ensuring compliance with work instructions and procedures. You will also provide input for planning, progress, and performance reviews. Additionally, you will be actively involved in daily operations, setting an example for your team.

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
