What you can expect
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess hiring needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Lead final interview and selection processes for managerial and key positions.
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement programs and effective communication.
- Ensure HR practices align with legal standards and employee well-being.
Performance Management
- Lead and coordinate the performance appraisal process in collaboration with line managers.
- Support the creation of individual development plans and career growth pathways.
- Implement recognition and reward initiatives to drive performance and retention.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee the compensation structure, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) processes: registration, reporting, and finalization.
- Supervise attendance tracking, leave administration, and insurance claims.
- Draft HR-related decisions (e.g., commendations, disciplinary actions, contract terminations).
HR Policies & Legal Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company standards.
- Ensure organizational compliance with all local employment regulations.
- Support legal matters, HR audits, ISO standards, and internal investigations.
HR Administration
- Maintain and secure accurate employee records and documentation.
- Manage HR departmental budgets, reports, and administrative processes.
- Provide general HR support, including correspondence and internal reporting.
Training & Development
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Oversee training administration and track training effectiveness.
Regional Programs & Projects
- Act as the lead contact for implementing regional HR programs and initiatives in Vietnam.
- Oversee the deployment of Workday or other HR systems, ensuring local alignment and successful adoption.
HR Shared Services – Rhenus Warehousing
- Function as HR Manager for Rhenus Warehousing operations.
- Supervise and implement strategic HR policies, systems, and procedures in compliance with Vietnamese laws.
- Provide legal HR advisory support to directors and business leaders.
- Support managerial recruitment and workforce planning.
- Oversee employee healthcare programs and benefits.
- Ensure proper execution of regional HR projects and policies across the warehousing division.
What you bring
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR management role.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to develop and evaluate long-term HR initiatives.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and a proactive work attitude.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle sensitive human resource issues.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and compliance standards.

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
