Job Description
What you can expect
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Support, vos mission seront les suivantes :
- Réceptionner et suivre des incidents, déléguer aux ressources capables afin d’y apporter une solution
- Contribuer, au 1er niveau, à la résolution téléphonique des incidents nuisant à la qualité et à la continuité de service
- Mettre en place des moyens et des procédures pour garantir les performances et la disponibilité des systèmes
- Assumer la gestion de projets orientés support
- Reporter au responsable du support
- Enregistrement, qualification et traitement des requêtes sous forme de ticket
- Escalade des requêtes
- Appliquer les processus et documentations en vigueur et participer à leur amélioration.
Gestion de la téléphonie :
- Gérer le parc de téléphone mobile et fixe (commandes ; changements ; consommation)
- Gérer des applications sur les mobiles (messagerie…)
Gestion administrative :
- Saisir des commandes,
- Commande de fournitures,
- Assurer d’autres tâches administratives occasionnelles.
What you bring
- Formation Bac +2 minimum en informatique, gestion des systèmes d'information ou équivalent
- Expérience dans le support informatique ou applicatif, idéalement dans un environnement logistique ou industriel
- Bonne compréhension des environnements métiers WMS (ex. Reflex) et TMS
- Connaissance des systèmes de ticketing (GLPI, Jira ou équivalent)
- Anglais professionnel lu, parlé et écrit indispensable (communication régulière avec le groupe, basé en Allemagne)

Recruitment Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
