What you can expect
Operative Führung des Terminalstandortes Frankfurt-Ost
Mitglied des Leitungsteams
Verantwortung für alle Fragen im technischen Betrieb des Terminals (Krane, Reachstacker)
Berichtslinie direkt an die Geschäftsführung
Strategische Entwicklung des Standortes in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
Personalführung und -verantwortung des operativen Terminalpersonals
Übernahme des Managements der Terminalumschlageinrichtungen
Überprüfung und Optimierung der betrieblichen Prozesse
Umsetzung und Verantwortung aller relevanten Aspekte der Arbeitssicherheit sowie des Umgangs mit Gefahrstoffen
What you bring
Sie sind eine kommunikationsstarke und offene Persönlichkeit, die gerne Entscheidungen trifft, Prozesse strukturiert, umsetzt und deren Einhaltung stets im Blick hat. Zugleich fällt es Ihnen leicht, positiv und motivierend auf andere einzuwirken.
Sie haben eine Ausbildung im technischen/kaufmännischen Bereich. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits im Logistikbereich gearbeitet.
Ihre Ausbildung haben Sie durch spezifische Weiterbildungen und Abschlüsse zielgerichtet ergänzt.
Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit sowie Führungserfahrung mit.
Der sichere Betrieb, die Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen, gehören genauso zu Ihrem Berufsumfeld wie die Modernisierung von Krananlagen und anderen Umschlagsgeräten.
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und eine handlungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
