What you can expect
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Meewerken met en coördineren van dagelijkse operationele activiteiten in de loods.
- Dagelijks plannen van de routes van ons wagenpark.
- Optimaliseren van logistieke processen en workflows.
- Samenwerken met verschillende collega’s en afdelingen voor het optimale proces.
- Analyseren van verschillende data en rapporteren van de uitkomsten.
- Zorgen voor een hogere efficientie door het implementeren van verbeteringen.
U hebt affiniteit met processen en IT en speelt een belangrijke rol bij de implementatie van nieuwe operationele IT-systemen.
U kunt communiceren in het Engels.

Vereisten:
- Minimaal een MBO-diploma in logistiek, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Uitstekende plannings- en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte instelling.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en stressbestendig.
- Eenvoudig omgaan met systemen zoals een ERP systeem.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
