Job Description
What you can expect
- Organizar y agendar reuniones con interlocutores.
- Recopilar y organizar documentos necesarios.
- Coordinar horarios, lugares y equipos necesarios.
- Diseño y elaboración de presentaciones.
- Investigar y sintetizar información relevante.
- Creación de diapositivas visualmente atractivas y coherentes.
- Asegurar la precisión y claridad del contenido de las presentaciones.
- Recopilación de datos de diversas fuentes.
- Análisis de datos aportando sugerencias e ideas.
- Interpretar datos para presentarlos de manera comprensible.
- Elaborar informes detallados y ejecutivos.
- Apoyo en la planificación de los cronogramas para alcanzar objetivos de proyectos a cargo de su Manager.
- Monitorear el progreso del cronograma y resolver problemas para alcanzar los objetivos.
- Mantener informados a los interesados.
- Apoyo Administrativo general.
- Gestionar correos electrónicos y comunicaciones.
- Elaboración de actas de reuniones.
- Envío de actas a las personas interesadas.
- Llevar a cabo el cumplimiento de los controles y procedimientos asignados en materia de Compliance.
- Recoger evidencias del cumplimento y eficacia de los controles y procedimientos asignados en materia de Compliance.
What you bring
- Formación: preferentemente grado universitario, con mayor foco en grados universitarios y másters relacionados con Administración de Empresas, Supply Chain, Cadena de Suministro, Logística y Transporte.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel (funciones, tablas dinámicas, análisis de datos, macros, etc.).
- Dominio de presentaciones (Power Point, Canva, etc.).
- Experiencia previa: mínimo 1 o 2 años de experiencia en la compañía.
- Idiomas: inglés y español altos.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
