Job Description
What you can expect
• Qualify new potential target customers for sales employees (tele-marketing)
• Source rates for quotations based on the instructions given by sales employees
• Source rates and provide pricing for inquiries from the overseas Rhenus network
• Preparation of quotations based on the instructions given by the sales employees and
timely submission to the customer.
• Support of sales employees and overseas offices with qualified sales leads
• Promotion of RHENUS LOGSITICS services over the phone to potential and existing
customers
• Support the integration process of new customers
• Monitor the process of shipments jointly with the customer service team and provide status feedback to the sales employees
• Timely preparation of other information and reports requested by the management
• Any other job assigned
What you bring
• Tertiary education in Business, Supply Chain Management / Logistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in, freight forwarding business or related fields.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated; Computer literate

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
