Job Description

What you can expect

•    Conduct periodic reviews to ensure that compliance procedures are followed as per ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 including other standards and certificates shall be maintaining.
•    Act as the appointed Integrated Management Representative (IMR) of the company.
•    Ensure contracts are following Rhenus policies, country regulation and keep up to date Contract Data Base.
•    Conduct or jointly conduct investigations on both internal and external compliance issues.
•    Assist regional compliance manager to assess tasks, compliance, or operational risks and exercise risk management strategies.
•    Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
•    Submit monthly compliance report on time to regional compliance team.
•    Coordinate formation of contingency, business continuity and emergency response plans.
•    Initiate activities to create awareness on security and cargo loss/damage prevention within the company operation activities.
•    Handle, follow up claims with relevant parties, insurance companies and all stakeholders in the claim supply chain.
•    Arrange internal or external official orientation/training to all new staff members as per the requirement of the company: Safety, Compliance, Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Chemical training and Safety training as per the country and relevant laws, rules and regulations.
•    Monitoring and measuring achievement of the organization’s targets.
•    Keep in update Rhenus Myanmar IMS page and any other job assigned.
•    Responsible for DG shipment after certified IMDG and IATA training.
•    Coordinate with regional compliance team for verifying sanction organization and keep up to date sanction master data file.

What you bring

•    Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•    Good written and spoken command of the English language.
•    Familiar with MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    At least 2~3 years’ experience in similar role.
•    Strong knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

•    Initiative and responsive manner.
•    Detail oriented and influencing skills.
•    Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within project time frames.
•    A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
•    Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
