Job Description
What you can expect
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die Verbuchung von Rechnungen und Belegen korrekt und termingerecht erfolgt - mit Blick auf Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse.
- Zudem übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement, insbesondere im Mahnwesen.
- Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stakeholder in abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen.
- Außerdem arbeiten Sie eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie dem Controlling, der Finanzbuchhaltung und den operativen Bereichen zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Sie arbeiten sowohl im Büro als auch vom Homeoffice aus.
What you bring
- Sie haben mindestens eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich.
- Außerdem bringen Sie fundierte Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen, insbesondere in der Bearbeitung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Erfahrungen im Mahnwesen mit.
- Erfahrungen im Logistikbereich - insbesondere im Offshore-Umfeld, sind von Vorteil.
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit einem ausgeprägten analytischen Denkvermögen gehört zu Ihren Stärken.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, ermöglichen Ihnen die Kommunikation mit internationalen Stakeholdern.

Recruitment Process

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
