What you can expect
Du evaluierst technische Anforderungen von Softwareprojekten im Hinblick auf die optimale Systemarchitektur
Du stimmst die technischen Lösungskonzepte mit den agilen Entwicklungsteams ab und klärst übergreifende Fragen in der Umsetzungsphase
Du nimmst an Besprechungen zur Klärung technischer Umsetzungsfragen und Detaillierung von Anforderungen teil
Du unterstützt die Domain Teams bei der Erstellung der Systemarchitektur relevanten Epics, Userstories, Backlogitems
Du stimmst gemeinsam mit den Entwicklungsteams die technische Roadmap der Entwicklung ab und bistTeil des Technical Governance Boards
Du führst Workshops und Schulungen für aufkommende Aufgaben und zur Festigung von Konzepten, die übergreifend eingehalten werden müssen, durch
Du erarbeitest in einem crossfunktionalen IT-Team Lösungen, die die Digitalisierungsvision der Contargo realisieren
What you bring
Du hast einen akademischen Abschluss im Bereich Informatik oder Vergleichbares
Dein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis ermöglicht dir komplexe verteilte Realtime Systeme genau zu durchdringen
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse zur Softwareentwicklung und zum Betrieb von komplexen Realtime Systemen.
Du hast Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement, idealerweise Fachwissen in der Logistik
Zu deinem Alltag gehören die folgenden Begriffe:
Containerisierung (K8s oder Docker), Domain Driven Design, Event-getriebene Architektur, verteilte Systeme, Relationale Datenbanken, NoSQL, Web-Entwicklung mit JavaScript, Software-Entwicklung mit Java und Spring Boot
Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Sensorik (IoT) , Automatisierung, Künstlicher Intelligenz, Optimierungsverfahren und Heuristiken
Du arbeitest gerne in einem crossfunktionalen Team
Du hast Spaß daran, Wissen zu verteilen und im Team Lösungen zu erarbeiten
Du hast Verständnis und Erfahrungen in der agilen Softwareentwicklung
Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1)

Recruitment Process
Online application

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
