What you can expect
Du planst, steuerst und überwachst intermodale (Ganz-)Zugverbindungen im Contargo-Transportnetzwerk – effizient, wettbewerbsfähig und qualitativ hochwertig
Du führst und motivierst ein engagiertes Team im Schichtbetrieb – und sorgst für klare Strukturen und einen reibungslosen Ablauf
Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung: Von Wagenmanagement bis zur Ressourcensteuerung – für einen optimalen Ablauf aller Produkte
Du kommunizierst proaktiv mit Kunden und Dienstleistern entlang der gesamten Leistungskette
Bei Abweichungen im Regelbetrieb übernimmst Du das Troubleshooting und bist zentraleAnsprechperson bei Unregelmäßigkeiten
Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und hast dabei stets das Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis im Blick
Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte mit und wirkst am Aufbau neuer intermodaler Ganzzuglösungen mit
Du unterstützt die Führungsebene mit Auswertungen und Analysen
Du engagierst Dich für die Digitalisierung – insbesondere bei der Weiterentwicklung IT-gestützter Tools
What you bring
Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie langjährige Erfahrung im intermodalen Bereich und/oder im Schienengüterverkehr
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Operations Manager – oder Du hast das Potenzial für den nächsten Karriereschritt
Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten
Eine „ruhige Hand“ – auch in herausfordernden und komplexen Situationen
Kommunikationsstärke – sowohl intern im Team als auch extern mit Kunden und Dienstleistern
Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, Dich nach betrieblichen Erfordernissen einzubringen
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Programmen – Kenntnisse im Bereich Gefahrgut sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1)
Gute Englischkenntnisse - Kenntnisse in Niederländisch oder Polnisch sind ein Plus

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
