What you can expect
- Du übernimmst die Bearbeitung von Kundenausschreibungen (Sichtung der
Kundenanforderung, Analyse des Kundenprofils, Erstellung der Kalkulation,
Ratenabgabe sowie Nachfassung der Ergebnisse) - Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Angeboten für unsere Kunden unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Bedürfnisse
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit den operativen Abteilungen, Partnern und Kunden zur Sicherstellung eines sehr guten Kundenservices
- Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung von Marketingprozessen, um die Sichtbarkeit des Unternehmens zu fördern
What you bring
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse im MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel erforderlich
- Dein Arbeitsstil zeichnet sich durch Organisationstalent, eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Durch Deine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Kommunikationsstärke stellst Du einen ausgezeichneten Kundenservice sicher

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
