What you can expect
- Du verantwortest die tägliche Abfahrtskontrolle und stellst sicher, dass die Touren pünktlich abfahren und die Ladung ordnungsgemäß gesichert ist.
- Dabei bist Du der kompetente Ansprechpartner und Betreuer unserer Fahrerteams und Subunternehmer auf der letzten Meile.
- Als unverzichtbare Schnittstelle zwischen Lager, Qualitätsabteilung und Disposition hältst Du die Fäden zusammen und meisterst administrative Aufgaben mit Leichtigkeit.
- Mithilfe moderner Softwarelösungen führst Du präzise Fahrzeug- und Fahrerchecks durch und wertest Kennzahlen aus, um Maßnahmen gezielt umzusetzen.
- Du unterstützt unsere Fahrer durch Schulungen in Qualitätsstandards und begleitest sie bei Kontrollen vor Ort sowie auf Touren, um die Einhaltung der Vorgaben sicherzustellen.
What you bring
- Wenn Du eine Leidenschaft für die Logistik mitbringst oder motivierter Quereinsteiger bist, dann bist Du bei uns richtig!
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen DV-Tools, insbesondere MS Office, und bist erfahren im Umgang mit Power BI zur Analyse und Visualisierung von Daten.
- Deine Stärke liegt darin effektiv und klar zu kommunizieren, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit im Team zu fördern und gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen? Perfekt!
- Idealerweise bringst Du solide Englischkenntnisse mit - jede weitere Fremdsprache ist ein Plus!
- Du bist bereit, Schichtarbeit zu leisten und flexibel auf wechselnde Arbeitszeiten zu reagieren.

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
