What you can expect

- Capture of Customer Requirements: Record the customer request and gain a detailed understanding of the customer's logistical needs.

- Customer Consultation: Present available services and solution approaches to meet the customer's requirements.

- Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate whether the requested services can be fulfilled within the framework of existing resources and capacities.

- Development of a Tailored Logistics Concept Including Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Create a concept encompassing all necessary steps and resources for project execution, including transportation, warehousing, IT integration, and partner management, as well as cost calculation and the preparation of a detailed proposal in close coordination with other departments such as Finance and Controlling.

- Coordination of Implementation: Ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the project's requirements and progress, that the necessary services and resources are provided, and that all project phases are executed seamlessly.

What you bring

- Completed Degree or Equivalent Qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a Related Field.

- The candidate should have extensive experience in project management, ideally in logistics or supply chain management.

- The candidate must be capable of understanding customer inquiries and developing tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- The candidate should be able to identify potential issues early and proactively develop solutions to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

- Knowledge of IT systems and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards is required to support the integration and automation of customer solutions.

- Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in events.
