What you can expect

  • Planung, Koordination und aktive Leitung von Projekten in allen Unternehmensbereichen – von der Konzeptentwicklung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Engagement im Bereich Operational Excellence: Etablierung von Standards, Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen und Erfolgsmessung anhand definierter KPIs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Teams zur Identifikation von Prozessverbesserungen und Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs
  • Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagementmethoden und -Standards, um die Effizienz und Qualität der Projekte kontinuierlich zu steigern
  • Verantwortung für das Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement sowie die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Projektzielen
  • Aktives Risikomanagement zur frühzeitigen Erkennung und Mitigation von Projektrisiken
  • Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen und regelmässige Berichterstattung an relevante Stakeholder

What you bring

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Industrie- oder Logistikumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. Agile, Scrum, Wasserfall) und Operational-Excellence-Praktiken (z. B. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung und Change-Management
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, sowohl auf Management- als auch auf operativer Ebene überzeugend zu agieren
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Application screening

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
