What you can expect
In Deiner verantwortungsvollen Position begleitest Du Deine Mitarbeiter vom Wareneingang bis hin zum Warenausgang am Standort und koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft. Ein abwechslungsreicher Job, in dem Du Dich auch langfristig einbringen und weiterentwickeln kannst.
- Du sicherst und überwachst die Arbeitsabläufe in den Bereichen Wareneingang, Kommissionierung und Warenausgang.
- Eigenverantwortlich steuerst und kontrollierst Du das Tagesgeschäft und hast stets einen Blick auf alle relevanten Kennzahlen.
- Routiniert priorisierst Du das Arbeitsvolumen und passt bei Bedarf den Personaleinsatz und die Betriebsmittel an.
- Du bist aktiv in die operativen Prozesse eingebunden und unterstützt so Dein Team auf der Fläche.
- Hierbei bist Du ein Vorbild, wenn es um Sicherheit, Sauberkeit und Ordnung geht.

- Du konntest bereits fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik sammeln und bringst erste Führungserfahrung mit.
- Als Teamplayer holst Du Deine Mitarbeitenden ab, beziehst diese ein und triffst dabei immer den richtigen Ton.
- In stressigen Situationen können wir uns auf Deinen kühlen Kopf und Deine Macher-Mentalität verlassen, dabei punktest Du mit Deiner Kommunikationsstärke.
- Nicht zuletzt besitzt Du einen Staplerschein und bist bereit, im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten.

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
