What you can expect
Warehousing Solutions bedeutet für uns nicht nur, eigene Läger für unsere Kunden zu bewirtschaften. Wir erbringen als Inhouse-Logistiker unsere Dienstleistungen auch direkt vor Ort bei unseren Kunden. Hier kümmern wir uns im Werk um sämtliche Prozesse der Lagerlogistik - vom Wareneingang bis zur Aufbereitung der Produkte.
- Als Teamleitung berichtest Du an Deine Bereichsleitung im Kundenprojekt, hast das Tagesgeschäft im Blick und bist der erste Ansprechpartner für die operativen Mitarbeiter und Kollegen.
- Die operativen Kennzahlen verfolgst Du stets und packst im Tagesgeschäft, wenn es notwendig ist, mit an.
- Bei Bedarf passt Du den Personaleinsatz sowie die Betriebsmittel in Deinem Bereich an und bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und Produktivität.
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team optimierst Du bestehende Lagerprozesse und unterstützt damit die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Standortes.
- Wenn es um Sicherheit, Sauberkeit und Ordnung geht, bist Du ein Vorbild und trägst Sorge für die Einhaltung der entsprechenden Maßnahmen.
What you bring
- Idealerweise bringst Du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachlagerist oder zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik mit, alternativ hast Du bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lagerbereich.
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitern sind wünschenswert.
- Der Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen Office-Programmen ist bei Dir unproblematisch, Erfahrungen mit einem Lagerverwaltungssystem sind wünschenswert.
- Uns im 2-Schicht-System zu unterstützen ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist zuverlässig, kommunikationsstark, belastbar und zeichnest Dich durch Dein selbstsicheres sowie freundliches Auftreten aus.
- Nicht zuletzt bringst Du grundlegende Deutsch-Kenntnisse mit.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
